The Opportunity
We're seeking an accomplished Sales/Commercial Responsible for the Madrid region in Italy to join Felipe Sanches's team. This role offers the chance to :

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (70%)
- Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, mainly in the public sector.
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct meetings with key decision-makers to present Fonroche solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals
- Secure contracts to meet revenue targets
Strategic Planning (20%)
- Co-develop and refine market strategies
- Adapt global initiatives for the local market
- Develop the team and the operations in Mexico.
Market Presence (10%)
- Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
- Organize and participate in networking events
- Build relationships with key influencers
- Enhance company reputation in Mexico.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, exceeding the expectations.
- Market understanding, with a first successfull significant experience in business development for public infrastructures, public markets, if possible for products with disruptive technology.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Experience managing sales agent networks and public sector.
- Native Spanish and conversational English proficiency
- Willingness to travel regularly within Mexico.
