The Opportunity

After a well-designed and comprehensive induction programme, devised by your future manager, the NoWatt Sales Director, Aristophane, you will take charge of the development of your area.

To do this, your missions will BE :

Business Development
- Generate, identify and develop new opportunities for lighting projects (builders, project managers, design offices, architects, light designers, etc.) and integrate networks of influence in the Dubai/United Arab Emirates area;
- Develop relationships with these organisations to promote our products;
- Keep abreast of relevant market news and developments;
- Implement the necessary actions to develop prescriptions and sales in your area;
- Represent the company at trade shows and give presentations at events;
- Propose an action plan for your sector (business plan) each year.

Market Presence
- Represent Fonroche at industry events and trade fairs
- Organize and participate in networking events
- Build relationships with key influencers
- Enhance company reputation in the region.

In terms of organisation, we are looking for our future colleague who will accept :

Initially, an Onboarding phase of 1 to 2 years based in Agen, with around 50% of the time spent travelling in the Middle East. At the end of this period, the position will BE relocated to Dubai to supervise and develop our operations in the region. Medium-term prospects include the recruitment and management of a local sales team, in order to structure and accelerate our presence in this strategic market.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years minimum in prescription/sales in an international context
- Technical or commercial training;
- Initial experience of selling to customers in the Middle East would BE a real plus;
- Ability to prescribe and market differentiated technical solutions to project owners and contractors;
- Ability to manage a project from prospecting to sales;
- Native Arabic and Fluency in English is mandatory, French would BE a plus.

Additional Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Handle account operations, including customer service and forecasting
- Coordinate with headquarters for product ordering and service delivery
- Represent company at industry events
