We are excited to introduce a role that will play a pivotal part in shaping and streamlining Purchase Order (PO) Management across our global Marketing Organization. As the Purchase Order Management Specialist, you will define and implement efficient PO management processes, ensuring alignment with financial and compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the rollout of these processes. In day-to-day operations, you’ll manage the backlog of PO requests from various teams within the organization, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with regional finance teams to raise and process POs.

Your Role in our future:

1.Assist in PO Management:
- Handle the management and processing of purchase orders.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements during PO handling.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to provide accurate financial reporting.

2.Process Optimization:
- Contribute to the implementation of PO management tools and systems.
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end PO process.

3.Accuracy and Compliance:
- Oversee the accuracy of POs, ensuring they meet contractual and Data Protection Agreement (DPA) requirements.

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years in purchase order management.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Basic understanding of contract management and legal compliance within vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
