Our client, an industry-leading company based in Antwerp, is committed to innovation and technological advancement. As part of their long-term growth strategy, they are expanding their team and looking for a Project Engineer with a strong technical background. This role offers the opportunity to work on projects from concept to commercialization, delivering tailored solutions that align with market needs.
Your Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing industrial lubrication systems, ensuring high-performance solutions for a range of applications. You will BE involved at every stage, from design and development to market launch, collaborating with both technical and commercial teams to drive innovation and efficiency. In this position, you will interact with technicians, sales teams, and even end customers, ensuring that the solutions developed are fully aligned with market expectations and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance lubrication systems in industrial environments.
- Work closely with the R&D team, providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and commercial teams, aligning product development with business objectives.
- Maintain direct interaction with technicians, sales teams, and end customers, ensuring solutions meet both technical and market needs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze technical and market data to support product development and decision-making.
- Contribute to the company's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
Education :
- You hold a higher degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or a related technical field.
Experience :
- A proven background in lubrication systems or a related industrial sector is a strong advantage.
- Ideally, you have between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar subjects
Skills :
- Project Management : Ability to oversee projects at every stage, from conception to implementation.
- Communication & Coordination : Comfortable interacting with various stakeholders (clients, technical teams, suppliers).
- Technical Aptitude : Strong interest in industrial mechanics and problem-solving in technical environments.
- Languages : A good command of English is essential. Proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
Education :
