Primary duties
- Order entry.
- Tracking of the order status and delivery date.
- Interface between Operations, Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
- Open Order Reports.
- Pro-Active customer communication (internally and externally).
- Follow up of queries from customers relating to status of orders, availability of stock and related matters.
- Supporting Complains & Return / interface to Quality.
Back-up for Sales Support
- Create and maintain customer master data.
- BE a liaison between the sales force, engineering, purchasing, service, and inside applications for price quotes and commercial terms.
- Drawing coordination.
- Quotation preparation.
- Supporting RFI/RFQ activities.
- Correct implementation of prices in the ERP/CRM system.
- Demo and Sampling Process.
- Back-Office of Sales : Support of the Salesforce for all administrative sales tasks.
- Complete department projects.
- Follow up of queries from internal and external Customers relating to Lead to Order.
- Knowledge of Intrastat, customs reporting and harmonized codes.
- Good spoken and written English, French/German as advantage.
- Open for Changes and self-motivation, initiative.
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work with minimum of supervision and show initiative.
- Willingness to take responsibility.
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft products are mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRM & ERP Systems could BE helpful.
- Aptitude for solving problems including simple software and hardware problems.
- Aptitude for working with technical data associated with product lines.
- Comfortable working in a small office environment.
- Dedicated to providing excellent client service.
- Able to run the office on their own for short periods of time in the absence of senior staff and able to demonstrate common sense.
- Openness to travel within the SaniSure Group for trainings or meetings, if needed.
