Sopra Steria Canada, based in Montreal, is rapidly expanding and looking to strengthen its sales team to accelerate growth in the North American market.
Job Description

As part of our growth in North America, we are looking for a VIE Business Developer / Sales Manager to develop our business and strengthen our presence among key accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include :

Business Development
- Identify and prospect new clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of potential customers.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of our commercial strategy in Canada.

Sales Process Management
- Conduct sales meetings and present Sopra Steria's solutions.
- Develop commercial proposals in collaboration with technical teams.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Networking
- Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase Sopra Steria Canada's visibility.
- Collaborate with teams in France and Canada to share best practices.

Qualifications

Graduate from a business school, engineering school, or university (Master's degree) with a specialization in business, sales, or management.

Skills & Qualities :
- First experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in IT or consulting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of technological environments and digital transformation challenges (a plus).
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

VIE Program Details

Eligibility : You must meet the requirements of the Business France VIE program (under 29 years old, EU citizen).
Start Date : As soon as possible.
Compensation : According to Business France VIE allowances.
