Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world !

The site of Abidjan based in Ivory Coast belongs to VALEO SERVICE Division. We are looking for a VIE Sales for 12 months.

Your challenges?

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
-
You will identify the main unmet needs of customers and monitor competitive trends by product line.
-
You will evaluate potential by customer, by product line.
-
You will coordinate warranty claims between TechCare and the customer.
-
Identify technical support needs, and propose actions in cooperation with Techcare teams.
-
You will pay attention to any digital leads where Valeo might interact with the customer's systems, and share opportunities with the division's Digital team and field marketing.
-
You will create a strong intimacy with the customer and continuously ensure customer solvency.
-
You will contribute each month to the sales assigned to your area “globally” by “product line” and for each “customer”.
-
You will negotiate with customers the assigned CAP/BOP.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:
-
You will help improve the customer/garage/fleet database with relevant information, features and business opportunities concerning parts or tools.
-
You will carry out specific surveys to support the marketing teams.
-
You'll enrich distribution analysis with up-to-date information on the market, competitors and customers.

SALES PROCESS:
-
You will prepare visits and record visit reports.
-
You will constantly improve the margin mix for each product line, support the logistics team in improving direct sales costs and reducing non-quality costs.
-
You will support the trader with marketing information in terms of parking, product information, market prices, sales potential, market prices, sales potential.

You will deploy marketing actions and participate in trade fairs and shows.

DEVELOPMENT OF GARAGE AND FLEET PROGRAMS

You will identify potential garage or fleet partners and promote our loyalty program.

NEGOTIATION

You will conduct negotiations with customers in compliance with the division's delegation powers.

You will master all the arguments used to support the negotiation with the customer.

You will constantly promote our “added value”/specialist strategy to customers.

Let’s talk about you…

You are graduated from a master degree in Commerce, Sales or Marketing
-
You already have experience in Commerce, Sales or Marketing (ideally in the automotive field)
-
You have a fluent level of English
-
You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
-
You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
