Leader sur les sièges ultralégers pour l'aviation régionale et en pleine croissance sur le segment des moyen-courriers, Expliseat est présent chez les principaux constructeurs d'avions (Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier, Dassault, Comac, Lilium…) et comptabilise plus 10 000 sièges en vol au Canada, en Inde, aux Philippines, en Polynésie… 
As a Customer Engineer, your primary role is to be the reference for technical and product matters throughout the customer journey, manage the product definition vs customer requirements and help close deals.

Manage Product and Options Definition and Pricing:

- Define and Manage Product Specifications, Option Definition Customer Specifications
- Collect Customer Requirements and, in coordination with Marketing, influence Product Development
- Manage Seat Weight, Leadtimes and Pricing

Provide Technical Support to the Commercial Team:

- Be the reference for all technical subjects (product specifications, LOPA, etc.);
- Prepare technical offers, in cooperation with the sales and marketing teams;
- Participate in customer meetings for product demonstrations, specific campaigns or when technical subjects are discussed;
- Liaise with the various Expliseat departments (design office, purchasing, program, etc.) to handle technical requests from customers.

Help with the sales process by providing a costing and leadtime analysis per project:

- Conduct a cost analysis and program/delivery schedule and keep it up to date throughout the client project;
- Help sales teams build their pricing strategy and commercial negotiation by providing a cost and schedule vision;
- After signing the contract, verify cost analysis models and schedule with the Program department in charge of project execution.
- Collect Costs and Resources required and develop Price and Leadtimes for new Products, Options and Features in support of customer inquiries.
- Coordinate Development of Guarantees (weight, maintenance, ..) in support of sales process

Strengthen the technical expertise of the commercial team:

- Train the commercial team on technical aspects of the product, market, etc. ;
- Share customer technical feedback on our products;
- Identify the differentiating technical points for the promotion of our products.
Required profile

- Trained as an engineer with a minimum professional experience of 8 years in aeronautics, and ideally on cabin interior equipment and aircraft seats;
- You are proactive and naturally capable of putting your technical expertise at the service of the sales team and customer relations;
- Your rigor, your analytical capacity, your team spirit characterize you;
- You are perseverant, rigorous and autonomous;
- You are proactive;
- Perfect command of oral and written English.
