Gestionnaire RH (anglais) F/H en Intérim

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the Manual Process of Mandatory Interviews :
- Document and follow-up on Professional Interviews.
- Organize and follow up on the mandatory Forfait Jours interview twice a year.
- Implement and manage Remote Work interviews starting Q1FY26.
- LoA Analysis and Follow-Up :
- Analyze Leave of Absence (LoA) data and ensure timely follow-up actions
HR Reports :
- Prepare and maintain HR reports.
- PTO/Sick Leave Manual Process :
- Support the teams involved regarding the process of PTO acquired during sick leave
- Follow-Up of Foresight Payments & Subrogation :
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of foresight payments.
- Handle subrogation processes and follow up as necessary.
- Support on building Skills Development Plan and creating dashboard
- Support on following completion of the BDESE for 2024
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of French labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, HR software Workday and Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Fluency in French and English.
